The Parental Consent Form must be completed for all gamers under the age of 18. All new customers must fill out our Terms of Use Form. Our minimum age is 12 without a parent or guardian present. 

We assume that you will conduct yourself in a respectful manner toward the staff, event administrators, the facility and equipment, and other guests. We want everyone to have fun during their stay with us. We provide the following information to help you maximize your gaming experience at Section 9 Cyber Cafe.  Therefore, the following "HOUSE RULES" are expected to be followed at all times. If you choose to violate these rules, it will be at management's discretion whether or not you are temporarily suspended or permanently banned from the facility without refund.  In the event of an excessive or extreme situation, we reserve the right to call the proper authorities for assistance.

HOUSE RULES:

1. One account per person and only the account holder may use the account.
2. Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
3. Please follow the direction of the Section 9 Cyber Café staff.
4. Ask for help when you need it from the Section 9 Cyber Café staff.
5. No outside food or drink except for Red Raven coffee and pre-approved deliveries.
6. No illegal drugs.
7. No tobacco products or alcohol of any kind is permitted on the premises.
8. You break it, you buy it. We understand that accidents can; happen, however if something is broken you can expect to pay for the damages.
9. No loitering. This means you must be actively participating in activities at Section 9 Cyber Cafe, or eating and/or drinking. If you leave the facility you may not hang around the outside of the building.
10. No Pornography.
11. You agree to help keep things in tip-top shape by reporting broken or damaged equipment to a staff member. If you see anyone damaging any equipment or furnishings, let a staff member know immediately. If you accidentally break something, please let us know.  We want to keep things in the best possible condition at all times and this includes taking care of the broken stuff as soon as it is reported.
12. Be respectful to the Section 9 Cyber Cafe staff.  We've worked hard to make this a great place and we do our best to make sure you have a good time while you're here.
13. Be respectful to other customers.
14. Management reserves the right to refuse service.

ETIQUETTE:

1. You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Please do not touch anyone else's belongings unless you are specifically asked to do so.
2. No cheating or hacking in multiplayer games.  If the staff finds anyone attempting to hack into any computers, game consoles, switches or other equipment on the Section 9 Cyber Café network, you will be asked to leave and be banned from all future sessions.
3. Please use common sense with gum. We don't want to find it any other place than your mouth or the trash can.
4. Please refrain from using excessive bad language.   We may have younger guests and they don't need to be exposed.
